How To Make Lupis Cakes (Traditional Breakfast Of Indonesia)

Depok, this is first time to write English text and I try to use materi "Procedure Text" was teach to me in school by Mrs. Nurhasanah teacher from Riau. The purpose is to tell or introduce the reader or viewer how to do or to make Traditional Breakfast Snack from Indonesia. Exactly in West Java with recipe 3 generations.

By the way past time, my grandma to selling that food in canteen school when I class 9 junor high school till now I class 12 senior high school. How long my grandma to be seller that food? Right now let's begining how to make Lopis. Material needed and methods:

Ingredients:
Yeild: 1 Roll = 7 pieces of Lopis
√ 1 sheet banana leave
√ ½ liter ketan rice
√ ½ coconut (was scrape)
√ ¼ aren sugar
√ pan
√ water
√ plastic rope
√ the stove

Steps:
First turn on the stove
Put the pan on the stove and boil water
Second Cook the ketan rice till half done turn off the stove
Then move to basin let it chill
Wrap the ketan rice half done by banana leave
After that bundle it with plastic rope
Turn on the stove and boil water again bring in package
Wait till 3-5 hours turn off the stove leak through
Next to make liquid the aren sugar by water
And steam the coconut was scrape
Cut into 7 equal pieces mix steam the scrape coconut
The last pour the liquid aren sugar and serve with tea or coffee.
